The terms

The account is for a parent or guardian aged 18 or over. Children use profiles on your account; they do not agree to anything and cannot create an account.

By creating an account you confirm you are the parent or guardian of the children whose profiles you add, and that you agree to what is described in the privacy notice on their behalf.

One account is one household, and holds up to three children. It is not for a school, a nursery, a language centre or a tutoring group - we have not built that yet, and pretending otherwise would leave you with something that does not fit. If your family needs more than three, write to us from the Family page.

YallaNehki teaches spoken Levantine Arabic - the voice is Lebanese, and it is understood from Beirut to Damascus to Amman to Jerusalem. A lesson ends with a short check built from that lesson’s own phrases: the voice plays one and your child picks what it means. Nothing in it is scored or kept. The AI conversation partner that used to end a lesson was retired in August 2026 after testing with real children.

Screening is not perfect and neither is the AI. It can be wrong, and it can occasionally say something odd. If you see something you do not like, use the report button on the reply - it takes one tap, and we read them.

We do not promise your child will learn any particular amount. There are no streaks, no deadlines and nothing that expires if you stay away.

There is a daily limit on how much listening and transcription one account can use. It is set far above what a real family doing a lot of practice would ever reach; it is there to stop runaway software, not to ration your child.

Do not use the AI partner for anything other than what it is for, and do not try to get it to produce material unsuitable for children. Accounts doing that will be closed.

The first six lessons are free, for as long as you like. A paid plan - monthly, or a cheaper yearly - opens every lesson for every child on the account. You will always see the price before you pay, and you are never charged without agreeing first.

Payments are handled by Stripe. You enter your card on their page, not ours, and you can cancel any time from the Family page. If you cancel you keep the free six lessons and everything your children have already learned; the paid lessons simply close again until you come back.

Prices can change, but never for a plan you are already on without telling you first.

You can stop at any time and delete everything yourself, on the Family page. It waits seven days in case it was not really you, and then it is gone.

We can close an account that is being used to abuse the product or to break these terms. If we do, we will tell you why.

If these terms change in a way that affects what we store or what we send to anyone, you will be asked to agree again rather than told in a footer.
